Job summary

Job description

Conduct regular site visits to condominiums, properties and other managed premises to assess security conditions, identify risks and recommend appropriate improvements.

Work closely with property management teams and relevant departments on security, loss prevention and safety-related matters.

Execute legitimate instructions relating to day-to-day security operations as directed by the Security & Safety Manager and/or Head of Property Management.

Assist the Security & Safety Manager in developing and implementing measures to prevent and minimize crime, theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, property damage and other security-related incidents.

Evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures, including CCTV surveillance, fire alarm system, access control, patrols, guard deployment and other security systems.

Conduct thorough internal and external investigations relating to security incidents, losses, misconduct, theft, fraud, vandalism and other suspected criminal activities.

Prepare comprehensive investigation and incident reports, and maintain proper documentation and records.

Liaise with police, BOMBA, and other local authorities as and when required.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Risk Management, Property Management or a related discipline.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in security, loss prevention, investigations, property management, law enforcement or a related field.

Experience in managing security operations within condominiums, residential developments, commercial buildings or other property environments will be an advantage.

Good communication, interpersonal and report-writing skills.

Willing to travel between the Company's properties and sites.

Willing to work outside normal office hours, including night rounds, weekends and public holidays when required.
