Job description

YOUR ROLE

1. Responsible for strategizing, reviewing, controlling, and managing the security to safeguard all assets, resources, information, image, and personnel from damages and losses through criminal acts, negligence, or otherwise.
2. Manage and oversee the security guards.
3. Manage the security operations budget.
4. Manage work schedules, task allocations and monitor personnel performance.
5. Plan and coordinate emergency and alarm response.
6. Responsible to monitor the CCTV cameras and their functionality.
7. Responsible to monitor the door access system and its functionality.
8. Liaise with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies to manage security operations or activities.
9. Anticipate, identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a security-related profession, with at least 3 years in a management position.
• Knowledgeable in security systems, security regulations and procedures.
• Extensive experience in incident management skills, including prompt response, risk assessment, and implementation of appropriate mitigation measures.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities through effective team management and fostering a collaborative working environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
