Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Malaysia is seeking a Security Platform Operations & Engineering Specialist to manage and optimize enterprise security platforms (SIEM, SOAR, data security). You will combine platform operations, engineering, automation, incident management, and compliance support to keep systems stable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

At least 2–3 years of information security or security platform operations experience.
Experience with production-grade security platforms and incident, problem, and change management.
Experience supporting audit, compliance, or regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain enterprise security platforms (SIEM, SOAR, data security).
Monitor platform health, availability, performance, and capacity.
Design, implement, and maintain integrations between security platforms and enterprise systems.
Develop automation playbooks to automate routine security tasks such as threat intelligence lookups, alert enrichment, and incident response workflows.
Support onboarding of new data sources and use cases; maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform, infrastructure, integration, and data ingestion issues; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Assist with audit evidence, governance activities, and regulatory requirements.
