Qualifications

• 9+ years in cybersecurity, security engineering or related tech discipline.
• Hands-on security engineering, automation, DevSecOps and architecture.
• Strong Python programming, API integrations and automated workflows.
• Experience with SOAR, SIEM, security orchestration and cloud security.
• CI/CD, cloud environments and broad security across data, identity and infra.
• Ability to translate emerging tech into practical security solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across teams.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments and AI/LLM security.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of security automation across enterprise security.
• Build and integrate tooling using Python, APIs and automation frameworks.
• Develop automated workflows for assessment, validation, evidence, monitoring and reporting.
• Drive integration of controls into DevSecOps, CI/CD and cloud.
• Evaluate AI/LLM tech to improve security processes and capabilities.
• Lead PoCs, experiments and technology evaluations.
• Translate research into practical security solutions and recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership across cloud, infrastructure, app security, IAM and data security.
• Partner with architecture, risk and stakeholders across markets.
• Identify threats and emerging trends; propose appropriate security approaches.
• Mentor and guide security team members.
