Job summary

The Hershey Company in Johor, Malaysia, seeks a Protection Officer to safeguard people, facilities, assets, and operations. You will support day-to-day security, manage access control, monitor CCTV, and coordinate emergency responses in line with company policies.

You will lead security personnel, conduct inspections, support investigations, risk assessments, and business continuity activities. A background in food manufacturing security and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security environments.
• Experience leading or coordinating security personnel and operations.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, and visitor management processes.
