Job summary

Baba Products (M) Sdn Bhd seeks a Security Supervisor to monitor and manage day-to-day security operations across our facilities in Malaysia. The role involves supervising security staff, patrolling premises, and ensuring visitor screening is conducted properly.

You will coordinate with security personnel, resolve conflicts, and maintain discipline while monitoring alarm systems and vehicle movements. This position requires a Diploma or Degree and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in security supervision is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise, patrol and handle day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate and oversee security personnel in buildings or designated areas.
• Resolve conflicts between team members or employees.
• Deal with employees with no discipline.
• Screen visitors and employees before entering premises.
• Monitor branch alarm systems, security guard clocking records and company vehicle movements (tracking).
• Transfer or exchange company vehicles to branches for repair.
• Any other related duties as instructed by superior.
