Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee our daily security operations at client sites in Perai, Penang. You will lead security personnel, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate deployment of officers.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Business or Security Management, with 2–5 years in security leadership, strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and willingness to travel. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Security Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the security industry with supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Knowledge of security operations, manpower planning, and client management.
• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel to client sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
