Job summary

Sin Fook Ling Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Sarawak is seeking a security professional to oversee daily security operations at our plantation and facilities. You will lead patrols, monitor access, and coordinate with the Security Head to protect assets and ensure safety.

This role requires vigilance, timely incident reporting, and strict adherence to company SOPs. The successful candidate will document records accurately and work with authorities when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of plantation, staff quarters, and premises to safeguard assets.
• Prevent and report theft, trespassing, vandalism, and unauthorized activities while following SOPs.
• Monitor entry/exit of employees, contractors, visitors, vehicles, and assets with proper authorization.
• Respond to security incidents, secure the area, and assist authorities as required.
• Prepare records for security, patrols, visitors, vehicles, and incidents and report suspicions.
• Perform shift handovers and maintain confidentiality of security information.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Job description

1. Security Operations & Asset Protection

Conduct regular patrols of the plantation, staff quarters, company premises, boundaries, and other designated areas to safeguard company assets, FFB, equipment, vehicles, and property.

Prevent and report theft, trespassing, illegal harvesting, vandalism, sabotage, and other unauthorized activities while maintaining discipline and compliance with Company security SOPs.

Control and monitor the entry and exit of employees, contractors, visitors, vehicles, and company assets, ensuring proper authorization and accurate records.

Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, secure affected areas, notify the Security Head, and assist relevant authorities when required.

3. Reporting & Shift Handover

Prepare accurate security, patrol, visitor, vehicle, and incident records and promptly report suspicious activities, security breaches, damage, or losses.

Conduct proper shift handovers, communicate outstanding security matters, and maintain confidentiality of company and security-related information.

Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned by manager.
