Job summary

Firmus SDN BHD seeks an IT Support professional to deliver security governance and advanced Microsoft 365 administration in a hybrid work setup. You will ensure a secure, resilient, and high-performing tech environment aligned with business goals.

The role covers ISO 27001:2022 compliance, policy adherence, endpoint security, IAM controls, and ITIL-based operations. Prior ITILv4 and MS certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience as Technical Support Engineer or IT Support Specialist.
• ITIL v4 and Microsoft Certifications (MS-900, MS-102) are advantageous.
• Familiarity with ISMS, ISO 27001 compliance, and security governance.
• Deep knowledge of hardware, networking protocols, and systems architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide security governance and ensure a secure, resilient, high-performing technology environment.
• Contribute to ISO 27001:2022 compliance activities and audit readiness.
• Adhere to policies and manage workflows including Asset, Change, and Incident Management.
• Enforce endpoint security controls and conduct regular compliance checks.
• Administer IAM controls and secure collaboration platforms.
