Job summary

The Line Between in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on IT Executive to manage and support our Microsoft infrastructure, cloud, identity and security environment, together with Cloudflare services. You will ensure our systems are secure, reliable and well-optimised while also supporting automation and light DevOps tasks as a solo contributor.

This role requires a Diploma or degree in IT or related field and 3–6 years of practical experience.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT, CS or related field.
3–6 years hands-on experience in systems administration.
Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, M365/Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD.
Good networking fundamentals and PowerShell scripting.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
Manage Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online including mailboxes and mail flow.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and hybrid identity.
Manage Cloudflare DNS, CDN, WAF and SSL/TLS.
Configure and maintain Cloudflare Zero Trust, including Access, Tunnel and Gateway.
Monitor Cloudflare analytics, security events and performance, and respond to incidents.
Use PowerShell to automate routine IT tasks and improve operational efficiency.
