Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia seeks an experienced manufacturing engineer to manage production scheduling, preventive maintenance, and equipment optimization across assembly and packaging processes.

You will analyze equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and support improvements to yield and capacity, while documenting procedures and updating relevant records.

Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology) with 2 years of relevant working experiences.
• Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic and hands-on approach.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes.
• Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents.

Responsibilities
