Job summary

Nakhoda Transport Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking a Customer Service Executive to provide sales support, coordinate shipments, prepare quotations, and liaise with carriers and clients.

You will handle FCL/LCL documentation, ensure on-time status, and build strong client relationships while working with Operations and Forwarding. Fresh graduates are encouraged; diploma in logistics required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working documentation and operations experience in international seafreight forwarding.
• Understand Seafreight FCL & LCL documentations (SI to carriers, Shipping Pre-Alerts), customs clearance and domestics transportation.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Mandarin speaking abilities preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support and coordination with local customers.
• Prepare quotations with detailed basis and follow up.
• Coordinate with ocean carriers, hauliers, warehouses and local vendors for shipment arrangements.
• Liaise with customers daily for shipment arrangements and inquiries.
• Coordinate with Operations and Forwarding Department on daily shipment arrangements.
• Prepare Job Orders for daily shipments.
