Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager for SME in Malaysia to own end-to-end sales journeys, acquire SME clients, and drive growth with a powerful tech platform and a customer-obsessed team.

You will manage relationships with key decision-makers, deliver value-driven proposals, and forecast revenue while collaborating with Finance, Operations, Product, and HR to resolve client issues. Uncapped earning potential awaits high performers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience (travel industry experience a plus).
• Ability to build strategic-level relationships and connect authentically.
• Confident presenter with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and TTV.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for SME prospects.
• Identify new business opportunities via cold-calling, networking, and prospecting.
• Represent FCM to key decision-makers and create new sales opportunities.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations using a challenger sales approach.
