Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Shah Alam, Malaysia seeks to bolster its Sea Logistics team to support customers with order entry, quotations and reporting. You’ll engage with destinations and regional stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and drive efficient, compliant processes within the ISC framework.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the operational execution process.
• Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and reactivation with destinations and regional stakeholders.
• Provide, document and follow up on quotations and opportunities in line with the customer account strategy.
• Ensure complete and correct customer contact data and service data in KN systems; provide reliable customer reporting.
• Perform purchase order and shipment qualification in line with working instructions for smooth handovers to the OCC and optimal customer experience.
• Contribute as process owner on continuous improvements of processes and controls focused on lean, cost-effective productivity.
• Document, resolve and analyze all complaints; identify and eliminate root causes.
• Ensure delivery of all financial targets and strategic objectives across International Supply Chain (ISC).
