Kuehne+Nagel (SGMY) invites fresh graduates to join Sea Logistics as Operational Care Specialist. You will support bookings, document handling and carrier coordination to ensure on-time, compliant shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, ideally within Sea Logistics.
• Advanced expertise in customer management, ensuring engagement and satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Highly customer-oriented mindset, focused on delivering solutions that meet changing needs.
• Advanced decision making and problem-solving skills.
• First experience in financial acumen and decision-making.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively to different stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Proactive and solutions-focused with a focus on optimizing customer experience.
• Openness to change and continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.
• Fluent in local language and advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute bookings, enter orders and generate export documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet customer promises and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor operational performance of carriers and ensure data quality.
• Create files for Master consolidation containers.
• Review shipping instructions for deviations, considering regulations.
• Submit documentation within 24 hours of departure.
• Share departure confirmations with CCLs.
• Release BAL B/L per guidelines.
• Check supplier invoices and resolve rate discrepancies.
• Support and resolve claims and disputes.
