You will manage assigned sea import shipments from pre-arrival preparation through customs clearance and final delivery, ensuring records are accurate and customers receive clear progress updates. Qualifications

Hands-on sea import operations knowledge and ability to manage multiple shipment files.

Responsibilities

Open and maintain shipment files with job numbers and updated records in the system.
Monitor vessel ETA and schedule changes; inform customers and operations team.
Verify import documents for customs clearance; obtain missing documents and resolve discrepancies.
Arrange import permits and follow up approvals before shipment arrival.
Process arrival notices and payment requests; coordinate with Accounts to avoid delays.
Coordinate customs clearance and handover shipments with agents and operators.
Book transport and delivery; confirm readiness and delivery schedules.
Track deliveries to completion and provide timely updates to customers.
