Global Payments Inc. is seeking a People Delivery Partner SEA to join the People, Culture and Change team and help shape the future of global commerce.

You will deliver HR support across the employee lifecycle for Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and employee-centric experience. The role partners with PCC and the broader business to implement processes, provide guidance on policies, manage onboarding and offboarding, and drive improvements through HR systems

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience in HR Generalist roles covering end-to-end lifecycle.
• Experience supporting SEA markets (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand) and local employment practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-centric mindset.
• Experience using HR systems to drive data-driven decisions.

Aufgaben

• Deliver HR support across the employee lifecycle for Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
• Partner with PCC stakeholders to deliver people processes in compliance with local requirements.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and data changes.
• Drive process improvements and optimize HR systems usage.
• As PCC contact for employee relations, handle performance concerns and workplace issues.
• Assist managers with performance, engagement, workforce planning, and organizational changes.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
• Support global, regional, and country-specific people initiatives and programs.
