Qualifications

• 3+ years in People Operations or HR Services roles.
• Proficiency in English and Thai; Malaysia and Thailand knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard employees across Malaysia and Thailand with accurate data in Workday.
• Manage monthly payroll cycle data validation and benefits administration.
• Produce regular People reports and analytics for regional stakeholders.
• Support regional employee engagement initiatives and HR program logistics.
• Explore AI tools to improve HR operations and workflow automation.
