Vita Green is seeking a Growth Manager, SEA to drive the next phase of its digital growth. You will own the day-to-day growth agenda across our e‑commerce ecosystem, turning consumer insights and performance data into scalable revenue growth.

You will lead growth across marketplaces, paid media, D2C, CRM, social commerce, and influencer channels with a strong focus on acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related discipline.
• 4–7+ years of hands-on experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or e-commerce.
• Proven experience driving growth across SEA markets, especially Singapore, Malaysia, or broader ASEAN.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SEA growth initiatives to increase revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Lead performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels.
• Drive marketplace growth across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify storefronts.
• Identify opportunities across customer funnel, landing pages, pricing, and bundles.
• Build and optimize lifecycle journeys across CRM channels (Email, WhatsApp, SMS).
• Lead influencer, affiliate, and social commerce initiatives with measurable outcomes.
