Job summary

Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V. seeks an experienced ecommerce growth leader to drive local ecommerce acquisition strategies across major platforms, manage performance analytics, and oversee client relationships.

You will lead a hybrid team, drive budget planning, and deliver growth targets. The role requires 5–6+ years in ecommerce or performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and a hunger for innovation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
• 5-6+ years’ experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
• Strong experience with performance marketing and online acquisition tools and networks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to get hands dirty.

Responsibilities

• Lead ecommerce growth roadmap aligned to revenue and profitability targets.
• Oversee quarterly and annual planning, forecasting and growth scenario development.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Tech teams.
• Identify and unlock new platforms, formats and commerce growth levers.
• Own team capacity planning, hiring and capability development.
• Set performance standards, governance and accountability frameworks.
• Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Champion automation, reporting improvements and operational efficiency.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership, outcomes and continuous improvement.
