Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced Sea Freight Import Supervisor to lead the import team, ensuring accurate, timely ocean freight movements and high service quality. You will coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders while overseeing TMS updates and KPI performance.

Candidate should have strong knowledge of Sea Freight Import, CW1/CargoWise familiarity, and proven leadership to mentor staff and optimize operations under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Sea Freight Import team to ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Ensure shipment arrival information is updated in TMS (CW1).
• Ensure Carrier's Arrival Notices are received and processed.
• Monitor shipment arrivals at CFS and update in TMS (CW1).
• Verify shipment arrival dates with carriers and update systems accordingly.
• Monitor container arrivals at CY and confirm status in TMS (CW1).
• Issue Shipping Advice and Arrival Notices to Consignees timely.
• Ensure compliance with customer KPIs, SOPs, and service requirements.
• Review team performance, workload, and accuracy; coach team members.
