Clarios is seeking a SEA Finance Controller to lead financial performance, governance, and decision support for Southeast Asia operations. You will partner with plant and commercial leadership to improve visibility on cost, profitability, and operational performance, enabling faster and better decisions.

The role combines controllership excellence with strong commercial partnership, driving forecasting, budgeting, and performance management across multiple countries and plants.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Solid experience managing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments preferred.
• MNC experience with exposure to multi-country operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and discipline.
• Deliver timely, high-quality management reporting and variance analysis.
• Partner with commercial and business teams to drive revenue and margin growth.
• Provide insights on pricing, volume, and profitability levers.
• Collaborate across operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.
