Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Solid experience managing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and discipline.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
• Partner with commercial and business teams to drive revenue and margin growth.
