Job summary

Clarios Asia seeks a SEA Finance Controller to own financial performance, governance, and decision support across Southeast Asia operations. You will partner with plant and commercial leadership to improve cost visibility, profitability, and operating performance, enabling faster, data-driven decisions.

You will lead month-end close, ensure financial statement integrity, and provide high-quality reporting, with a strong focus on internal controls, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in managing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments preferred.
• MNC experience with exposure to multi-country operations.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., QAD, OneStream) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial control, governance and reporting with accuracy and discipline.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes across SEA operations.
• Partner with commercial and business teams to drive revenue and margin growth.
• Collaborate across operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to influence decisions and enable transformation.
