Job summary

Clarks Outlet seeks an experienced accounting leader to manage SEA-wide accounting, controllership, and group overheads. You will partner with commercial and functional stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls within an SAP environment.

The role requires IFRS expertise, tax reporting, and leading annual audits, with a focus on timely closes and quality financial statements across Malaysia and Singapore entities.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACCA or CIMA with IFRS knowledge.
• Strong internal controls and governance experience.
• Experience preparing corporate tax and GST returns.
• Experience in SAP-based financial processes in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the general accounting and KL Overheads SSC activities.
• Ensure timely, accurate monthly management reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support IFRS compliance and local regulatory reporting (GST/Tax).
• Lead annual statutory filings and group audit coordination.
• Drive cross-functional process improvements and SAP-based controls.
