Job summary

Clarks group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead SEA accounting and controllership for Global Overheads. You will ensure IFRS compliance, supervise KL Overheads SSC, and partner with commercial stakeholders across Malaysia and Singapore.

You will coordinate statutory financial reporting, GST and corporate tax returns, and manage audits with UK teams. Strong SAP, Excel, and PowerBI skills are essential for timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Professional qualified in ACCA or CIMA
• IFRS knowledge
• Internal Controls experience

Responsibilities

• Direct the General accounting function and KL Overheads SSC staff
• Ensure timely, accurate monthly management reporting and balance sheet reconciliation
• Ensure IFRS compliance and alignment with Group policies and local regulations
• Support month/half-year/year-end Group reporting and tax reporting for Malaysia and Singapore
• Lead annual audits and coordinate with UK teams to meet deadlines
• Maintain statutory financial statements for Malaysia and Singapore entities
• Oversee accounts receivable processes and reconciliation of sales across SAP and retailers
• Coach and mentor direct reports and oversee their work
