Job summary

ANTA is seeking an E-commerce Website Operations Supervisor / Specialist to manage Wilson's official sites across six Southeast Asian markets from Malaysia. The role ensures accurate product listings, promotions, CRM campaigns, and smooth order coordination with local teams and warehouses.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business/Marketing/E-commerce, 2–5 years in website operations, and hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Shopline, or Magento, plus Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in website operations.
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopline, Magento, or similar.
Familiarity with CRM and EDM platforms is an advantage.
Strong coordination and communication skills across markets.
Fluent in English; Chinese language capability is a strong advantage.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operation of Wilson official websites across six Southeast Asian countries.
Create and maintain product listings with information, images, pricing, inventory, and category management.
Set up and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, vouchers, bundles, and seasonal activities on the website.
Support CRM and EDM campaigns including customer segmentation and email marketing.
Coordinate order fulfillment with Customer Service and warehouse teams.
Communicate with local country teams for launches, campaigns, pricing, content alignment.
Monitor website performance and identify operational issues.
Prepare reports on website sales, traffic, campaign performance, and KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on improvements and new features.
