Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Team Lead, Cases SEA to manage the Southeast Asia Cases team and ensure high-quality, AI-ready editorial content delivery across LexisNexis platforms. You will drive operational excellence, resource allocation, and strategic coordination with Editorial Operations, Product, Technology, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification required.
• Experience in legal publishing/editorial operations and research is essential.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor teams across a regional portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and delegate work across the SEA team based on priority, capacity, and business needs.
• Monitor team productivity, quality and delivery performance.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable and high-performing team culture.
• Support onboarding, training and succession planning initiatives.
