Qualifications

• Hands-on with XML, XSD, and markup troubleshooting.
• Experience monitoring content data flows and resolving production issues.
• Strong systems thinking and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain content sources across multiple formats.
• Analyze input data (XML, HTML, Word, InDesign, PDF) for accurate conversion.
• Lead UAT plans, test cases, and defect triage with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor content data pipelines from editorial to delivery.
