Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking an Operations Technical Lead to drive content operations and data workflows across digital and print platforms. You will partner with Editorial, Product, Engineering and Operations to manage content conversion, troubleshoot data issues, lead UAT, and implement automation and AI-enabled improvements.

This role supports a modernization journey to deliver high-quality legal information at scale, collaborating with offshore teams and vendors while maintaining stringent quality

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in content operations or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with XML, XSD, and markup troubleshooting.
• Experience monitoring content data flows and resolving production issues.
• Strong systems thinking, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience with automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain content sources across multiple content types.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end content conversion from source to customer-ready output.
• Analyze input data (XML, HTML, Word, InDesign, PDF) for conversion accuracy.
• Resolve XML markup and structural issues across outputs.
• Lead UAT plans and validate product requirements.
• Monitor content data pipelines across editorial to delivery.
• Track defects with Azure DevOps and coordinate fixes.
• Collaborate across Editorial, Product, Engineering, IT, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
