• Assist in managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, and Internet connectivity.
• Support server administration, user accounts, email systems, and file sharing services.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues promptly.
• Perform system backups, software updates, and antivirus maintenance.
• Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and technical documentation.
