Job summary

Stonyhurst International School Penang seeks an efficient dispatch and reprographics assistant to support daily operations. You will handle printing, laminating, mailing and courier tasks, and assist with stock checks and deliveries across the campus.

The role requires basic office IT skills, a secondary education, and reliability. Mandarin is a plus. You will coordinate with teachers and staff and occasionally travel for banking or supplier pickups.

Qualifications

• Secondary school qualification or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle printing, photocopying, scanning, laminating, binding and other reprographic services.
• Prepare teaching materials, examination papers, forms and notices.
• Deliver stationery, teaching materials, documents and parcels to staff.
• Collect documents, supplies and items from vendors and supervise banking duties and courier deliveries.
• Monitor stocks of paper, toner and reprographic supplies and report when replenishment is required.
• Assist with receiving, checking and storing deliveries and supplies.
