Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Scheduler/Planner for project-based work in Kulai. The role involves developing and updating schedules for construction projects and coordinating with project teams to ensure on-time execution.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, at least 5 years of scheduling experience, and proficiency with PMIS. Strong coordination with contractors and stakeholders is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in project scheduling and planning.
• Proficient in Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for construction projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of project activities.
• Track project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
• Prepare and present progress reports, including schedule updates and forecasts.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on scheduling matters.
• Ensure all scheduling activities comply with project requirements and timelines.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM (Monday to Friday)
