Job summary

ResMed (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Associate Manager, Supply Chain Finance COE in Kuala Lumpur to lead the development of the COE while managing day-to-day operations accounting activities. You will own month-end close, cost accounting, inventory accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities, partnering with Supply Chain Finance Business Partners to deliver timely results and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; CPA/CA preferred.
• 7–10 years in Operations/Cost Accounting or Financial Reporting in a multinational.
• Manufacturing environment experience with inventory accounting and month-end close.
• Experience leading/mentoring a finance team and SSC/COE exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and quarter-end close for manufacturing and distribution entities.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, cost accounting and standard costing analyses.
• Support management costing, cost roll-ups and inventory valuation processes.
• Partner with site Finance Business Partners to resolve issues and aid decisions.
• Lead and develop the Kuala Lumpur COE, driving a high‑performing culture.
• Drive process improvement, automation and standardization across sites.
• Balance delivery with longer-term finance transformation initiatives.
