ResMed Inc in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Associate Manager, Supply Chain Finance COE to lead the development of the Kuala Lumpur-based COE while remaining actively involved in day-to-day Operations Accounting activities.

The role balances hands-on month-end close, cost accounting, inventory valuation and standard costing across multiple entities with opportunities to standardize processes, consolidate activities, and drive automation across the Supply Chain Finance organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• CPA, CA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Operations Accounting, Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance or Financial Reporting within a multinational environment.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of inventory accounting, standard costing and month‑end close processes.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a finance team, with demonstrated ability to develop people and foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of month-end and quarter-end close activities for assigned manufacturing and distribution entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Perform and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, inventory accounting, manufacturing variance analysis and standard costing activities.
• Support management costing, cost roll‑ups, product costing and inventory valuation processes.
• Partner with site Finance Business Partners to resolve operational accounting issues and support business decisions.
• Provide hands‑on operational support during peak close periods and proactively assist the team in meeting reporting deadlines.
