Lazada Group in Malaysia seeks a Finance/Legal-Financial Accounting and Control professional to govern accounting processes, ensure robust controls, and support new initiatives with rollout and automation.

You will collaborate with Finance Business Partners, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, and other functions to align processes with the company’s strategy while maintaining compliance and driving efficiencies across ventures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; 5+ years managing projects/implementations.
• Technically competent and hands-on.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and under tight timeframes.
• Experience with automation tools and process improvement welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Be SME for processes and systems; monitor audit issues and closure across finance domains.
• Lead reviews of business initiatives; design processes; support system development.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and BPO to ensure high-quality service.
• Transition new entities/workflow to Finance BPO when initiatives arise.
• Identify and prioritize process and system improvements; run workshops; train end-users.
