Job summary

Resmed is seeking an experienced finance leader to drive Operations Accounting within a global COE in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead month-end close, product costing, and inventory valuation while coaching a growing team. The role demands strong process improvement skills and hands-on financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in manufacturing finance, SSC/COE experience, and deep ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle) with advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; CPA/CA or equivalent preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in Operations Accounting, Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance or Financial Reporting in a multinational environment.
• Experience leading or mentoring a finance team; SSC/COE experience a must.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, standard costing and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of month-end and quarter-end close activities for assigned manufacturing and distribution entities.
• Perform and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, inventory accounting and standard costing.
• Support management costing, cost roll-ups, product costing and inventory valuation.
• Lead and develop a growing Operations Accounting team based in Kuala Lumpur.
• Drive process redesign, automation and system enhancements to improve finance processes.
