Job summary

Shiangly Builder Sdn Bhd in Bukit Mertajam is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to conduct regular safety inspections, monitor compliance with DOSH regulations, and ensure subcontractors follow safety procedures on our construction sites. You will lead toolbox talks, prepare safety reports, liaise with site personnel, and support the safety program.

Candidates must hold a Yellow Book DOSH registration, have at least two years' experience, and be proactive and communicative.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book Holder) with DOSH.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a registered Site Safety Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Familiar with occupational safety and health regulations and construction site safety practices.
• Competency as a Scaffolding Inspector will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
