Job summary

ABeam Consulting Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP HCM consultant to join our Petaling Jaya team. You will work with clients to capture business requirements, advise on SAP HCM payroll processes, and design solutions that gain stakeholder buy-in.

You will lead development and testing, ensure client adoption, identify risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coach junior consultants while delivering timely, professional responses.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SAP HCM payroll project experience
• At least 1 full cycle SAP HCM implementation project experience
• Strong communication skills to interact with relevant stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
• Familiar with project methodology and tools
• Team player in a culturally diversified environment
• Willing to learn/cross train to keep abreast of technology trends
• Able to work independently and escape when necessary
