Randstad Malaysia is seeking a SAP SD/MM specialist to participate in end-to-end SAP SD/MM projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, and UAT. You will work with stakeholders to analyze business processes and design scalable solutions within the SAP SD/MM scope.

The role emphasizes collaboration across functional consultants and project teams, with a focus on delivering robust SAP solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

End-to-end SAP SD/MM project experience is required.
Experience in blueprint creation and functional configuration.
Strong collaboration with stakeholders across SAP SD/MM modules.

Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end SAP SD/MM projects, including requirements, configuration, UAT and support.
Execute configuration and maintenance of SAP SD/MM modules.
Work with project teams to ensure seamless integration and issue resolution.

about the job

To take part in end-to-end SAP SDMM project eg ; business requirement gathering, understand business processes, hands‑on functional configuration based on requirements (eg ; SAP table and data structure), UAT & others
To participate in a blueprint creation (if any).
To execute configuration & maintaining SAP SDMM modules.
To understand and analyze business requirements related to SAP SDMM and collaborate with different stakeholders
Identify key business processes and pain points of the solutions
Address specific business needs and requirements.
Develop comprehensive solution designs, considering factors such as scalability, efficiency, and industry best practices.
To work together with project teams to facilitate seamless integration and support of SAP SDMM.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies, implementing optimizations to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
To maintain a good relationship with the business users lead & other related stakeholders
To execute daily Event Management, Incident Management, Change Request when necessary
To troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

about the manager/team

You will work with different stakeholders, Project Manager, Business Process Owner, Key Business Users, Business Analyst, Functional & other Technical Consultants and programmers within SAP SDMM project & support role

about requirements:

The role is heavy on SAP SD (70%) and SAP MM (30%)
Someone with at least 1 full cycle end to end implementation project for wither one ; SAP SD / MM is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Someone with at least 5 years of working experience in either one : SAP SD / MM support project either in L3 or L2 is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Those with exposure in either one of these subdomains ; Sales Orders / Deliveries / Billing / Pricing / ATP / Credit Management / aATP / Product Allocation (PAL) / Backorder Processing (BOP) / SAP Credit Management (FSCM) etc credit limits, credit checks and credit blocks / others is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Those with exposure on either one of these keystack ; SAP Fiori / Embedded Analytics / CDS views / APIs / OData / EDI / Dell Boomi (from functional perspective, this is still a functional role, not a technical or technofunctional role) is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Those with experience integrating SAP SDMM with any internal or 3rd Party systems eg ; SAP FICO / SAP EWM / any 3PL/4PL providers is an added advantage but not compulsary.
SAP S/4HANA experience is an added advantage but not compulsary (SAP SD/ MM on ECC is welcome to appply).
Those who has expsosure in regional / global role supporting multi country SAP SDMM is an added advantage but not compulsary.
Someone within SCM/ Logistic / retail industry is an added advantage but not compulsary.

about the salary & benefits

Only for MALAYSIAN or those that do not require VISA to work in Msia
up to RM 22,000, can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more
