Randstad Malaysia is seeking an SAP EWM Consultant to join a regional team in Malaysia. You will participate in end-to-end SAP EWM projects, perform functional configuration, and ensure smooth operations across interfaces with business users and project teams.

The role requires hands-on SAP EWM experience, plus a Diploma or Bachelor Degree. You will work with diverse stakeholders and contribute to design, testing, and support activities within a dynamic SAP EWM environment.

about the job

• To take part in end-to-end SAP EWM project eg ; business requirement gathering, understand business processes, hands-on functional configuration based on requirements (eg ; SAP table and data structure), UAT & others
• To participate in a blueprint creation (if any).
• To execute configuration & maintaining SAP EWM modules.
• To understand and analyze business requirements related to SAP EWM and collaborate with different stakeholders
• Identify key business processes and pain points of the solutions
• Address specific business needs and requirements.
• Develop comprehensive solution designs, considering factors such as scalability, efficiency, and industry best practices.
• To work together with project teams to facilitate seamless integration and support of SAP EWM .
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies, implementing optimizations to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• To maintain a good relationship with the business users lead & other related stakeholders
• To execute daily Event Management, Incident Management, Change Request when necessary
• To troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

about the manager/team

You will work with different stakeholders, Project Manager, Business Process Owner, Key Business Users, Business Analyst, Functional & other Technical Consultants and programmers within SAP EWM project & support role

about requirements:

• Someone with at least 1 full cycle end to end implementation project for SAP EWM is an added advantage but not compulsary.
• Someone with at least 3 years of working experience in SAP EWM support project either in L3 or L2 is an added advantage but not compulsary.
• Those with exposure in either one of these SAP EWM subdomains ; Inbound & Outbound processing / Putaway Strategies / Wave management / Release Strategies / Staging and Goods Issue (GI) / Stock counts & stock movements / Handling Unit (HU) management / RF Framework and RF transaction / Batch and Serial Number management / others is an added advantage but not compulsary.
• Those with experience integrating SAP EWM with any inrternal or 3rd Party systems eg ; SAP SD / SAP MM / SAP FICO / ASRS / AutoStore / any 3PL/4PL providers is an added advantage but not compulsary.
  
• SAP S/4HANA experience is an added advantage but not compulsary (SAP WM on ECC is welcome to appply).
• Those who has expsosure in regional / global role supporting multi country SAP EWM is an added advantage but not compulsary.
• Those with strong SAP EWM/WM process knowledge eg : SAP Fiori (functional side) / SAP GUI (functional side) / configuration requirements / the ability to design standard SAP solutions is an added advantage but not compulsary.
• Someone within SCM / Logistic / retail industry is an added advantage but not compulsary.

about the salary & benefits

• Only for MALAYSIAN or those that do not require VISA to work in Msia
• up to RM 22,000, can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more
