Job summary

Toll Global Forwarding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced SAP Product Manager to drive strategic direction for SAP platforms, end-to-end lifecycle ownership, and alignment with business stakeholders. You will coordinate with delivery teams, operations, and vendors to ensure compliant and scalable SAP services.

You will lead roadmap execution, manage vendor performance, drive incident resolution, and promote continuous improvement across IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• ITIL certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee SAP support operations, ensuring SLA and operational excellence.
• Manage vendor performance and service delivery outcomes.

About the Role

As SAP Product Manager, you will provide strategic technical direction and leadership to ensure our SAP platforms deliver measurable business value, remain compliant, and scale with enterprise needs. You will own the SAP product lifecycle end-to-end—driving roadmap execution, managing vendor performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between delivery teams, operations, and business stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving capability
