Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a SAP Product Manager to provide strategic direction for SAP platforms, drive roadmap, and align delivery with business objectives across our global logistics framework.

You'll own end-to-end SAP lifecycle, manage vendors, and coordinate with delivery teams, operations, and business stakeholders to maximize value and ensure compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• Master's degree is desirable.
• ITIL certification is preferred.

• Oversee SAP support operations, ensuring SLA and operational excellence.

About the Role

As SAP Product Manager, you will provide strategic technical direction and leadership to ensure our SAP platforms deliver measurable business value, remain compliant, and scale with enterprise needs. You will own the SAP product lifecycle end-to-end—driving roadmap execution, managing vendor performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between delivery teams, operations, and business stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving capability
