Hilti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Business Analyst - SAP PP to drive digital transformation in manufacturing. You will map current processes, implement SAP PP functionalities, and collaborate with business users and IT teams globally.

You’ll work in a dynamic, hybrid hub in Kuala Lumpur, leveraging SAP S/4HANA, ABAP basics, and related modules to deliver practical solutions. Fluency in English and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of manufacturing experience with S/4HANA ERP (or R/3) on PP, PM, QM.
Strong agile mindset, self‑responsible and results‑oriented.
Willingness to work with business counterparts to define and drive new solutions.
Entrepreneurial attitude – taking responsibility in understanding topics and delivering.
Passion for technology‑driven solutions and continuous improvement.
ABAP development skills are advantageous.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Define, implement, and optimize new functionalities while enhancing existing ones.
Support business operations, drive change management, and collaborate with IT and business users.
Map current business scenarios to the desired future state using SAP PP and related modules.
Lead IT initiatives related to manufacturing and SAP PM/QM.
Collaborate with other business analysts and key users to deliver practical solutions.
