ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Penang, Malaysia is hiring an experienced Analyst VI, IT Apps SAP PP/QM to design, configure, and support the global P2M landscape across SAP PP/QM and MES integrations.

This role collaborates with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to ensure stable operations and continuous improvements. The candidate will drive governance, template stewardship, and end-to-end shopfloor integration while delivering new functionality and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering; master's preferred.
• 8–10+ years designing, implementing, and supporting SAP PP/QM in IT.
• Experience in multi-plant, high-tech or semiconductor environments.
• Participation in 2–3 SAP implementations and S/4HANA projects.
• Strong SOX and ERP integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Configure PP/QM master data, planning, and execution components.
• Implement QM inspection planning, results, and notifications.
• Integrate with MES and shopfloor systems; support interfaces.
• Gather requirements and translate to functional specs.
• Prepare specs and coordinate with technical teams on features.
• Train key users and contribute to training docs.
• Ensure governance, standards, and global template consistency.
• Drive modernization and digital transformation in manufacturing.
• Manage configurations for planning, MRP, capacity, and quality.
