Job summary

MYS1 Carrier (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Administrative/Operational support role for the Service Modernization line. You will manage end-to-end order-to-cash activities from order creation to invoicing and payment follow-up, acting as the central interface among Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, subcontractors and customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 2–3 years in administrative, sales administration, order management or project coordination.
• Experience in SAP or similar ERP is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data trackers and basic reporting.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Sales Orders and SAP orders.
• Prepare POs, process SAP approvals and issue to subcontractors.
• Monitor orders, deliveries and project progress.
• Close jobs after completion and submit Delivery Orders.
• Generate and submit invoices; upload to customer portal.
• Follow up on invoices and payments with customers.
• Process subcontractor invoices and MIGO transactions.
• Create vendors and maintain vendor master data.
• Manage project documentation and coordination with Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, subcontractors and customers.
• Prepare and monitor sales accruals.
• Ensure compliance with internal approvals and processes.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support Service Modernization.
