Job summary

Strato Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced SAP HR Consultant with strong SAP HR Payroll expertise to support payroll processing, system maintenance and enhancements. The role requires collaboration with HR, payroll and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations at KLCC, Kuala Lumpur.

You will troubleshoot payroll issues, perform testing, document changes, and support upgrades while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP HR Payroll and SAP HCM module integration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP HR Payroll, including payroll processing, configuration, and system maintenance.
• Support payroll-related activities to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP HR Payroll issues reported by business users.
• Perform system testing, validation, and support for payroll-related changes and enhancements.
• Work with HR, payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across SAP HR modules.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation of changes, tests, and resolutions.
• Support system upgrades and payroll-related initiatives as needed.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Provide user guidance and technical-functional assistance for payroll operations.
