Job summary

Abhidi IT Solution is seeking an HCM Consultant for Application Management Support in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role involves managing demand from various stakeholders and requires expertise in Payroll, including UK and Indonesia Payroll.

Candidates must have experience in at least 2 project implementation cycles and be willing to work night shifts every two weeks. Knowledge in Success Factors and strong interpersonal skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 2 cycles of project implementation experience.
• Wide knowledge in HCM, especially Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand from various stakeholders in Application Management Support.
• Support HR process implementations across UK and APAC.
• Travel as needed for stakeholder meetings.

HCM Consultant for Application Management Support (both UK and APAC), responsible for managing demand from various stakeholders. Must be willing to work night shift (every two weeks), travel as needed, and be flexible. Good interpersonal skills and wide knowledge in HCM, especially Payroll. Experience in UK Payroll or Indonesia Payroll is an advantage. Knowledge in Success Factors is also advantageous.

Sound knowledge in HCM with at least 2 cycles of project implementation and experience in the following areas:
