Job summary

Integrated Advance IT Services Sdn Bhd (IAITS) in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia seeks a SAP Functional Analyst / Business Analyst (SD/ACM) for a full-time role. You will bridge business requirements with SAP solutions, focusing on SD and ACM modules, and support regional system rollouts across GAR sites.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, and ensure successful implementations while travelling regionally up to 30–40% of the time to Indonesia, Singapore, and China.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SAP environment.
• SAP SD & ACM modules expertise or equivalent commodity management solutions.
• Proven consulting background in top-tier firms is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Plantations value chain with focus on SAP SD/ACM.
• Gather requirements from key users and translate into functional specs.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle including configuration and testing.
• Manage communications between users, project team, and IT vendors/consultants.
• Monitor processes to improve efficiency, productivity and controls.

About the role
We are seeking a talented SAP Functional Analyst / Business Analyst (SD/ACM) to join our team on a full-time basis in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is a strategic position within our organization, where you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and SAP system solutions. As a SAP Functional Analyst specializing in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Agriculture Contract Management (ACM), you will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, translating user requirements into functional specifications, and ensuring successful implementation and optimization of SAP modules.

This role requires a willingness to travel regionally (primarily to Indonesia, Singapore, China and other GAR operational sites) as needed to engage directly with stakeholders, conduct on-site workshops, support system rollouts, and ensure successful project execution across our diverse geographic footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis: Analyze business processes across the Finance, Supply Chain, and Plantations value chain, with a focus on SAP SD, or ACM modules .

Requirements Gathering: Work closely with key users to understand, analyze, and document business processes and requirements. Serve as the bridge to translate business requirements into technical requirements

SAP Implementation & Configuration: Participate in the full project lifecycle, including system evaluation, gap analysis, solution design, configuration (where applicable), testing, and post-go-live support.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Manage all communications between users, the project team, and IT vendors/consultants regarding system functionalities and needs. Socialize solutions and decisions to users effectively.

Process Improvement: Consistently monitor systems and review business processes with the view to improve efficiency, productivity, and enhance controls.

Governance & Compliance: Work with the Policy and Monitoring team to ensure appropriate controls and approved business processes are in place, ensuring consistency across different locations and countries.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SAP environment

SAP Module Expertise: SAP SD & SAP ACM or similar commodity management solutions, given GAR's agribusiness focus.

Consulting Background: Proven experience working in a top-tier management or technology consulting firm is strongly preferred. We value the structured thinking, strategic perspective, and best-practice methodologies this background provides.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese is mandatory.

Travel: Willingness and ability to travel regionally (up to 30-40% of the time) to Indonesia, Singapore, China, or other GAR operational sites for project workshops, system rollouts, user training, and stakeholder engagement.
