Job summary

Randstad Malaysia, on behalf of a global leader in construction innovation, seeks an IT Business Analyst - SAP Sales & Distribution to join the Marketing and Sales IT department in Kuala Lumpur. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a CGPA > 3.0 or equivalent grading.
• 6+ years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar role.
• 4+ years of hands-on domain expertise in the SAP S/4 HANA SD module.
• Experience with SAP Business ByDesign or SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is considered an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of business processes in sales and marketing within a globally operating enterprise.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Gather information from stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical implementation with a focus on Sales Order Processing.
• Collaborate with product owners, software engineers, and business counterparts to develop long-term solutions for direct sales engagement.
• Configure and customize requirements in SAP S/4HANA SD, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, and SAP Business ByDesign for marketing and sales processes.
• Support and troubleshoot issues reported by global and regional key users.
• Work within an international, cross-functional team to define and implement future processes.
